Cortada - Posterface
”Posterface” is the first single from Cortada’s LP “Gānbēi ( 干杯 )”
Cortada’s gritty, noise-punk sound inspires a heavily processed visualizer/lyric-video, based on sequenced scans of the member’s faces.
TECHNIQUE
The process starts with scanning the band member’s faces multiple times with a normal computer scanner, then sequencing the scans in a manner that makes (some) sense.
The sequences are then heavily processed in Touchdesigner to reach a sort of CT scan look, and finally edited and composed in After Effects.
